Solution

Control Center

The ORing developed software – Open Vision_v3.5 is implemented in this project. Open Vision_v3.5 can be connected with Google Map, offering the visualization and map management. Through this system, the user can remote control and monitor the status of every Ethernet switch. When the abnormal situation occurs, the system offers real-time alarm and other associated functions.

This software is deployed in the control center in Traffic Bureau for monitoring the highway situation of Seoul. Moreover, Open Vision_v3.5 supports fast data backup of the Ethernet switches, it helps to reset and restore networking in short term while the networking problem occurs.

The Section of the highway

DGS-7084GCP-AIO is deployed in the divided highway, this DGS-7084GCP-AIO is a managed Ethernet switch with 8 Gigabit Combo ports, 4 SFP ports and 1 bypass, its Jumbo Frame supports up to 9.6K Bytes, which suits the need of high resolution video. The DGS-7084GCP-AIO combines both the Bypass and Gigabit functions, it also includes 2 power supplies for the protection of power redundant. Moreover, even if one of the switches broke down, the optical bypass function of DGS-7084GCP-AIO can bypass the signal and in the same time assures the ceaseless and safe networking for clients.

Each DGS-7084GCP-AIO is connected with IDS-5042-WG, it is a device server with 4-port RS-232/422/485 which is linked with the speed cameras, traffic signals, CCTV cameras and emergency phones. Through IDS-5042-WG, the video and data of the traditional equipment can be transmitted to the Ethernet equipment and the user can remote control by the internet.
